FOCUS
Fellowship of Orthodox Christians in United States
FOCUS is an initiative of the North East American Diocese of Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church and caters to the spiritual growth of the older youth above the age of 23.
FOCUS aims to provide spiritual enrichment for young professionals and couples via prayer meetings, Bible Studies, and Counselling Sessions led by trained professionals. It also provides training to young adults to be active in the administration and activities on the parish level. It also aims to make use of the skills and experience of young adults to provide a support system for the younger age group of the Church via Sunday School, MGOCSM and OVBS.
FOCUS meets on every Sunday after the Holy Qurbana and discuss and share their experiences. Anu Geevarghese, Bijoy Varghese, and Reny Mathew are the FOCUS Representatives for 2021
